Tiffany Young

Tiffany Young is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in investment management and origination. Currently serving as Origination Director at YFM Equity Partners since April 2021, Tiffany focuses on sourcing high-potential investment opportunities and fostering relationships with early-stage companies, alongside responsibilities as Investment Director. Prior to this role, Tiffany held positions at Pentech Ventures LLP as Investment Manager and Investment Associate, and was a founder of the blog "Breakfast with Tiffany," which profiles inspirational women. Additional experience includes contributions as an investor at AllBright, where Tiffany was instrumental in establishing the investment process, and as an investor at BGF, gaining comprehensive exposure to the investment process. Tiffany's earlier career includes roles at Citi and Accenture, complemented by an Economics degree from Durham University, where Tiffany graduated with first-class honors.
