Akshay Sukthankar

Akshay Sukthankar has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Akshay is currently working as the Chief of Staff to the Founders at Yieldstreet since May 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Bain & Company as a Manager from August 2021 to May 2022, and as a Consultant from August 2019 to August 2021. Akshay also had a role as an MBA Summer Intern at Validus Capital in 2018, where they conducted market analysis and developed strategies for international expansion.

Before that, Akshay worked at Tata Sons as a Manager in Strategy and Business Development from November 2015 to April 2017, where they sourced and evaluated FinTech and FS partnership and new business development opportunities. Akshay also has experience in the financial sector, having worked at Credit Suisse as a Technology Investment Banking Associate from July 2015 to October 2015, as a Technology Investment Banking Analyst from October 2014 to July 2015, and as a Financial Institutions Investment Banking Analyst from July 2012 to September 2014.

Akshay Sukthankar completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Harvard Business School from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics from the University of Chicago between 2008 and 2012. Their education journey began at The Cathedral and John Connon School, where they obtained an Indian School Certificate in Business/Commerce, General from 2006 to 2008.
