Richard Alvarez

Richard Alvarez has worked in the financial industry since 2012. In 2012 they began as an eFX Trade Support & QA Analyst at SmartTrade Technologies. In 2014 they moved to TMC Bonds LLC as an AVP Taxable Fixed Income Trading, where they managed 200+ accounts, reconciled trade problems, and automated internal processes. In 2019 they joined Intercontinental Exchange as a Product Manager for the Wealth Management Solutions Group, where they launched wealth management solutions and worked closely with Business Intelligence, Operations, and Marketing teams. Currently, they are a Product Owner at YieldX since 2021.

Richard Alvarez holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Computer Engineering from CUNY New York City College of Technology. Richard also holds certifications from Bloomberg LP, including Bloomberg Market Concepts (obtained in June 2021), as well as from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), including Series 52 - Municipal Securities Representative, Series 63 - Uniform Securities Agent State Law, and Series 7 - General Securities Representative.
