Alexandros Pappas

Alexandros Pappas is a seasoned Senior Software Engineer with extensive experience in software development, particularly in database technologies and system architecture. Currently at Yilu since November 2021, Alexandros has successfully led the adoption of AWS Aurora and MongoDB while enhancing platform security and ensuring GDPR compliance. Prior experience includes roles at Amazon Web Services, where Alexandros specialized in query language features for Amazon Neptune, and Market Logic Software, where significant contributions were made in cognitive event-driven modules and marketing content recommendation systems utilizing graph databases. Alexandros holds a Master of Science in Algorithms and Systems Analysis and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, both from the University of Crete.
