Zack Yang

Zack Yang has a diverse and extensive work experience. Zack is currently employed at Yinlun TDI, LLC, where they hold the position of Chief Technology Officer and Vice General Manager. Prior to this, Zack served as the General Manager of Yinlun TDI LLC and Vice Chief Engineer at Yinlun Co., also holding the role of Director of Engineering at Yinlun TDI.

Before joining Yinlun, Zack worked at Caterpillar Inc. for almost two decades. During their time at Caterpillar, they held various roles including Senior Engineering Specialist and Technology Leader, Engineering Manager, Cooling Division Manager, Engineering Supervisor, Engineering Specialist, and Senior Engineer and 6 Sigma Blackbelt.

Zack also gained experience at Belcan Engineering as a Senior Project Engineer. In addition, they worked as a Research Assistant at Penn State University, focusing on developing simulation models for macro and microstructure evolution in high-strength steels and titanium alloy. Prior to that, they served as an Instructor at the University of Science and Technology Beijing, where they taught courses and participated in research projects in metallurgical engineering.

Overall, Zack has a strong background in engineering, project management, and leadership roles, acquired through their diverse work experiences in different organizations.

Zack Yang holds a Bachelor and Master Degrees in Metallurgical Engineering from the University of Science and Technology Beijing, which they obtained during the years 1985 to 1992. Zack further pursued their education at Penn State University and earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Materials Sci. and Eng. from 1996 to 1999.
