Mark Holodnak

Mark Holodnak has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Mark began their career as a Corporate Accountant at GE Capital in 1987 before moving on to become a Regional Controller at Tetra Pak in 1988. From 1993 to 2000, they founded and owned Woodside Corporate Food Services & Catering, Inc. Mark then worked as a Finance Director at UPM Kymmene from 2000 to 2001. The next few years saw him holding the position of VP Finance & Treasury at Vonage, and later as Finance Director/VP Finance at Mitel. Mark then joined Clear Choice Financial as VP Finance/Corporate Controller for a brief period from January to November 2006. Mark then worked at Oviso Manufacturing as Treasurer/VP Finance from 2008 to 2009, followed by a position as Controller at Enthusiast Media, LLC from 2009 to 2011. Finally, they took on the role of Chief Financial Officer at YipTV, Inc. from December 2011 until the present, showcasing their leadership and financial expertise.

Mark Holodnak received their BBA in Finance from Western Connecticut State University from 1983 to 1987. Mark also obtained an MBA in Finance, General from Rider University from 2001 to 2003.
