Marta Galinska

Marta Galinska is an experienced professional in human resources and talent management, currently serving as the People and Culture Manager at YIT since May 2019, where responsibilities also include the role of HR Manager. Prior to YIT, Marta held the position of People Business Partner at Aviva from July 2014 to April 2019, focusing on Finance Shared Services, Audit, and Sales Departments. Earlier career experience includes roles as Recruitment & Training Manager and Recruitment Specialist at ISS FACILITY SERVICES Sp. z o.o., and as an Associate at Heidrick & Struggles, with a focus on the industrial sector. Marta's educational background includes a postgraduate degree from SGH Warsaw School of Economics, a Coaching Master program accredited by ICF from Meritum, and a Master's in Management from Kozminski University. Additionally, Marta is currently participating in a program at Kingmakers since 2022.
