Santtu Mankki

Santtu Mankki has a comprehensive work experience in various roles within construction and development companies. Santtu started as a Research Engineer at Lemminkäinen building materials in 2001 and progressed to a Development Engineer and Safety Manager at Lemminkäinen Roofing Ltd in 2003. Santtu then worked as a Development Director at Lemminkäinen Building Products in 2010. Moving to Lemminkäinen, they held roles such as Project Manager, Director of Business Excellence, and Director of Capability Development, where they were involved in various development projects and managing corporate strategies. In 2018, they joined YIT as Vice President of Business Development, Vice President of Strategy and Development, and finally Director of Business Development. Throughout their career, Santtu has demonstrated strong leadership in business development, strategy, and excellence within the construction industry.

Santtu Mankki earned a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Energy and Environment Technology from LUT University in 2001. Santtu later pursued a degree in Business Administration, earning an eMBA from TKK Executive School of Business in 2009.
