Adyl Bennani

Adyl Bennani has a strong background in the food and beverage industry, with experience as a founder of ATD Consulting since 2018. ATD Consulting focuses on assisting clients in launching, managing, and optimizing their F&B venues. Prior to this, Adyl served as the managing partner and director of operations at YJRG since 2012. During this time, they successfully led the launch and daily management of 14 F&B establishments with a combined revenue of $22M and a large team. Adyl also implemented an effective HR-department structure, resulting in a high-quality work environment and low employee turnover. Before YJRG, Adyl was the general manager at Petite Abeille Group from 2002 to 2012.

Adyl Bennani pursued continuing education in web design and construction at The New School from 1999 to 2000. Adyl previously studied communication and media studies at the Université libre de Bruxelles from 1994 to 1997.
