Emilia El Atrach

Emilia El Atrach is an experienced professional currently serving as the Learning and Development Manager/Dean of the YMCA Youth Leadership Institute at YMCA Calgary since April 2017, where responsibilities include overseeing the development of young adults aged 15 to 29 and managing the Learning Management System for staff and volunteers. Previously, Emilia held the position of Childcare Director, ensuring compliance with licensing regulations and guidelines for the Child Development Centre. In prior roles, Emilia worked as a Front Office Supervisor at Sheraton Suites Calgary Eau Claire and as a Guest Service Supervisor at Mayfield Inn & Suites/Silverbirch Hotels and Resorts, focusing on operational excellence and team supervision. Emilia holds an Early Childhood Education Diploma and a Practical Nurse Diploma, both obtained from Bow Valley College.
