Sarah Rinner

Sarah Rinner has extensive experience in the non-profit sector, primarily working in out-of-school time programs and operations. Sarah is currently serving as the Associate Vice President of Out of School Time & Operations at YMCA of Austin since 2022. Prior to that, Sarah worked at Creative Action, where they held various leadership roles, including Chief Program Officer from 2019 to 2022, Senior Director of Out of School Time Programs from 2016 to 2019, and Director of Elementary and Early Education Programs from 2006 to 2016.

Sarah Rinner has a Master of Fine Arts (MFA) degree in Drama and Theatre for Youth from The University of Texas at Austin, as well as a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Theatre Education from the University of Northern Iowa.
