Eva Hey

Eva Hey is a skilled professional with experience in various roles focused on customer service, safety, and project management. Currently serving as a Lifeguard at YMCA of Central Virginia since September 2022, Eva ensures patron safety while providing excellent customer service. Previously, as a Project Leader and Garden Designer at Randolph College, Eva led the design and implementation of a garden project. Other experience includes roles as a Counselor, Swim Instructor, Lifeguard, and Yoga Teacher at Camp Mataponi, where Eva taught swimming and yoga to children while prioritizing their safety. Eva's technical skills were developed during a Technical Internship at Oracle, contributing to the Microservices Cloud Platform, and early career experience includes customer-facing roles at Panera Bread and Violins & More of Lynchburg, Inc. Eva holds a Bachelor's degree in Natural Resources ecosystem assessment from North Carolina State University, complemented by education at Randolph College and Central Virginia Community College.
