Wendy Broderick began their work experience in 2000 at the YMCA of Columbia, starting as the NorthWest Family YMCA Program Director and eventually working their way up to the Chief Development and Marketing Officer role. In 2006, they became the Jeep Rogers Family YMCA Branch Executive Director. Wendy held this position until 2009 when they became the Director of Financial Development and Marketing. From 2011 to 2013, they served as the Senior Development Director before eventually being promoted to the position of Chief Development and Marketing Officer in 2013. In 2019, they joined Harvest Hope Food Bank as the Chief Executive Officer.
