Kim Ballard

Kim Ballard has extensive experience in leadership roles, currently serving as Chapter President for YPN since January 2017 and as Chief Operating Officer for the YMCA of East Tennessee since 2001. Previously, Kim held the position of Senior Vice President at the YMCA of Memphis & the Mid-South from January 1990 to February 2001. Kim's academic background includes a Master of Divinity (MDiv) in Religion/Religious Studies from Indiana Wesleyan University (2017-2019) and a Bachelor of Science in Administration and Supervision with a focus on Educational Leadership from The University of Memphis (1981-1984). Kim also completed high school education at Rossville Christian Academy, graduating in 1981.
