Hailan Wang

Hailan Wang's work experience includes roles such as Director Of Adult Education at YMCA of Greater Boston, where they managed multiple state-funded adult education projects and oversaw daily program operations. They also served as a Senior English Teacher at Boluozaixian in Shanghai, preparing students for IELTS and TOFEL exams and providing academic support for those interested in studying abroad. Hailan worked as an Online Adult English Instructor at Meten International Education Group, teaching online adult English courses and being recognized as one of the top 10 teachers in 2019. They also held various teaching assistant positions at Florida State University, teaching diverse populations, coordinating TA training, and instructing in the Intensive English Program. Additionally, Hailan worked as a Project Manager at Shanghai Collegiate Internship Centre for International Business, where they developed and designed courses and facilitated trade simulation courses for international students. Hailan Wang's education history begins in 2003 when they attended Tongji University. From 2003 to 2007, they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) with a field of study in International Business.

In 2012, Hailan Wang enrolled at Florida State University to pursue a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business/Commerce, General. This program lasted until 2013.

Continuing their education at Florida State University, Hailan Wang began a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) program in Curriculum and Instruction - Foreign and Second Language Education in 2014. They completed this program in 2020.

Additionally, in March 2022, Hailan Wang obtained certification in Programming for Everybody (Getting Started with Python) from Coursera.
