Peter McStravick

Peter McStravick has a diverse work experience, starting as a high school teacher at the Ontario Secondary School Teachers' Federation from 1995 to 2001. Peter then worked as a Senior Analyst at IDC from 2004 to 2007. Following that, they joined Heidrick & Struggles as a Principal and stayed with them for a decade until 2017. Peter then became a Principal at BSG Team Ventures | Boston Search Group, Inc. from 2018 to 2020. Later, they worked as the Director of Talent Acquisition at NewGlobe from 2020 to 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Director of Recruitment and Talent at YMCA of Greater Boston from 2022. In between these roles, they also served as an Executive Search and Career Consultant at Northumberland Talent Advisory Services, but the exact duration is not specified.

Peter McStravick earned their Bachelor of Arts in Radio & Television from Ryerson University, where they studied from 1987 to 1990. Peter went on to pursue a Bachelor of Education at the University of Toronto from 1994 to 1995. Later on, they completed their Master of Education at the University of Ottawa from 2000 to 2001, specializing in Education.

In addition to their formal education, Peter McStravick has also acquired professional certifications. In August 2019, they obtained Hogan Assessment Certification from Hogan Assessment Systems. Peter is currently in the process of obtaining their Certified Coach certification from the International Coaching Federation.
