Shana Avishai

Shana Avishai, PHR, NASM-CPT, currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at Renewal by Andersen, having progressed through roles such as Senior HR Business Partner and HR Business Partner since June 2019. In addition to this position, Shana is currently a Strength Instructor at TruFit Pilates LLC and a Group Exercise Instructor at the YMCA of Greater Brandywine. Previous experience includes serving as an HR Business Partner at Iron Hill Brewery & Restaurant and a Human Resources Manager at Reliant Renal Care, Inc., as well as at BioTelemetry Healthcare. Shana began a career in recruitment as a Technical Recruiter at Aerotek. Education credentials include a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from Rider University and a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from Villanova University.
