Erin McNary

Erin McNary is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in managerial roles at the YMCA of Greater Cincinnati since June 2011, currently serving as Controller and Director of Compliance and IT, overseeing various functional areas including project management, risk management, and business systems analysis. Prior to this, Erin held leadership positions at Blue Ash YMCA and RC Durr YMCA, contributing as Senior Program Director and External Relationship Manager while managing significant budgets and customer service operations. Erin holds a Master’s degree in Business from Northern Kentucky University and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and International Business from the University of Cincinnati's Carl H. Lindner College of Business.
