Terilee Clark

Terilee Clark, CEBS and PHR, is currently the Human Resources Director at YMCA of Greater Des Moines since January 2020. Prior to this role, worked as a Human Resources Manager at Planned Parenthood North Central States, The Weitz Company and Des Moines Water Works. Terilee also has experience as a Human Resources Specialist IV at Office Team, a Human Resources Manager at Xenia Rural Water District, and a Human Resources Generalist at Fastrac System Inc. Terilee completed a BS in Political Science from Iowa State University in 1995. Terilee has a proven track record of managing benefit plans, recruitment, employee relations, and policy implementation throughout their career in human resources.
