Richard Allen

Richard Allen possesses extensive experience in aquatic management, currently serving as Deck Manager at the YMCA of Greater Houston since August 2015. Additionally, Richard has held the role of Deck Manager and Lifeguard at Greater Houston YMCA since May 2015, where responsibilities include leading swimming lessons and ensuring a safe environment for all participants. Richard holds a degree in Management Information Systems from Texas Southern University, achieved between 2011 and 2015.
