Philip De Rita, CDMP, PCM, serves as the Principal Owner and Chief Marketing Partner at Personalized Communication Design Services since January 2019, focusing on elevating small businesses and non-profit organizations through effective marketing and public relations. As a Lasallian Programs Manager at Christian Brothers Conference, Philip supports educational initiatives across North America. Additionally, Philip acts as a Masters Swim Coach at the YMCA of Greater Monmouth County, delivering tailored coaching for adult competitive and non-competitive swimmers. Previous experience includes leadership in communications and public relations for over 35 Catholic Lasallian schools, development roles at LaSalle School, account management at Albany Broadcasting Company, and public relations internships. Philip graduated from The College of Saint Rose with a B.A. in Communications.
