Katherine Colglazier

Kathryn Colglazier currently serves as the Vice President of Operations for Manhattan at the YMCA of Greater New York since April 2017. Prior to this role, Kathryn held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Ozarks Regional YMCA from April 2013 to March 2017, where oversight included eight family centers, a residential camp, and centralized school-age services with a substantial budget and a large team. Notable achievements include initiating a successful outdoor education program and significantly enhancing community relationships. Kathryn's earlier experience as District Executive Director at YMCA of Greater Miami from 2010 to 2013 involved oversight of multiple family centers and active participation in senior management operations. Kathryn holds a degree from Texas Christian University.
