Shannon Hiebert is a Senior Executive Human Resources Professional with over 20 years of extensive experience. Shannon began their career in 1993 at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, where they held various positions including Vice President of Human Resources. During their tenure, Shannon demonstrated expertise in forecasting, HR business plans, performance management, event coordination, and Affirmative Action Plan Management. Shannon successfully implemented process improvement strategies, resulting in companywide cost savings. In 2019, Shannon joined the YMCA of Greater Oklahoma City as the Vice President of Human Resources.

Shannon Hiebert SHRM-SCP holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Emporia State University, which was obtained between 1988 and 1993.
