Santana Gonzalez

Santana Gonzalez is a seasoned executive in the nonprofit sector, currently serving as the Executive Director at the YMCA of Greater Richmond since February 2024. Prior to this role, Santana held the position of Executive Director at the YMCA of Greater Spartanburg from June 2022 to February 2024, as well as Associate Executive Director. Santana's extensive experience at the YMCA of Greater Indianapolis from January 2017 to May 2022 included roles as District Youth & Family Director-East and Sr. Youth and Family Director. Additionally, Santana worked as Program Director-Youth Development at the Scott County Family YMCA from August 2014 to January 2017 and as Youth Development Coordinator at the Two Rivers YMCA from November 2012 to August 2014. Santana holds a Bachelor's degree in Recreation, Park and Tourism Administration from Western Illinois University.
