Gordon Macritchie

Gordon MacRitchie has extensive experience in finance, development, and donor relations. Gordon has held various roles at different organizations throughout their career. From 2017 to the present, they have served as the Chief Development Officer at the YMCA of Greater Toledo. Prior to that, they were the Director of Annual Giving at the same organization from 2017 to 2019. Before joining the YMCA, Gordon worked at the United Way of Greater Toledo, where they served as the Director of Major Gifts from 2010 to 2017 and as a Major Gifts & Planned Giving Development Officer from 2008 to 2010. Gordon also has experience in commercial lending, having worked as an AVP, Commercial Loan at The State Bank and Trust Company from 2006 to 2007, and as a Small Business Banking Officer at National City Bank from 2003 to 2006. In addition, Gordon has held positions in economic development and business banking at the City of Toledo and National City Bank respectively. Earlier in their career, they worked as an AVP at Fifth Third Bank. Gordon MacRitchie is highly qualified in their field, with a diverse range of skills and experiences.
