Jim Janzen

Jim Janzen serves as the Senior Vice President of the YMCA Ontario Resource Development Centre at the YMCA of Greater Toronto since September 2017. In this role, Jim is responsible for connecting and supporting 20 YMCAs and YMCA-YWCA's across the Ontario region, focusing on staff training, government relations, program support, and organizational development. Jim previously held the position of CEO for YMCAs across Southwestern Ontario from May 2005 to September 2017, overseeing a merged regional YMCA serving various communities. Prior to that, Jim was CEO of YMCA Northumberland from 2001 to 2005, where leadership facilitated significant growth and secured a key program contract. Jim's extensive YMCA experience also includes serving as General Manager at YMCA of Western Ontario and Outdoor Education Director at YMCA of Hamilton-Burlington Brantford. Jim holds a degree from Western University.
