Dorri C. McWhorter

Dorri McWhorter serves as the President and CEO of the YMCA of Metropolitan Chicago since August 2021 and is a Featured Social Enterprise Leader for the Uncharitable Movie project launched in September 2023. In addition to these roles, McWhorter is an Officiant for the Universal Life Church and serves as a Board Director for LanzaTech and Lifeway Foods, Inc., as well as a Member of the Board of Trustees for NexPoint. Further contributions include serving as an Independent Board Director for William Blair and Chair of the Audit Committee for Skyway Concession Company LLC. McWhorter is also Co-Chair of the Advisory Board for First Women's Bank and a member of the Financial Accounting Standards Advisory Council. McWhorter holds an MBA in General Management from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, a BBA in Accounting and Management from the Wisconsin School of Business, and an honorary doctorate in Humane Letters from Lake Forest College.
