Leita Harden

Leita Harden has a strong background in human resources with a focus on employee relations and recruitment. Leita began their career at Cummins Inc. in 2003 as a Staffing and Recruiting Coordinator. After two years, they transitioned to the role of Global Employee Mobility Specialist, where they excelled in managing international assignments for employees. In 2007, Leita took on the role of Human Resources Quality and Functional Excellence Specialist, demonstrating their expertise in ensuring HR processes and procedures were efficient and effective. In 2009, they joined Goodwill Industries of Middle Tennessee, Inc. as a Human Resources Generalist and later became an Employment Manager. Leita then moved to the YMCA of Middle Tennessee in 2010 and served as a People Services Field Specialist, District HR Director, and finally, as a Regional Human Resources Director. Their experience highlights their ability to lead HR strategies and initiatives in a variety of industries and organizations.

Leita Harden obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) between 2005 and 2007.
