Tammy Como

Tammy Como serves as the Executive Director of Aquatics and Risk Management at YMCA of Montclair since January 2019, previously holding the position of Association Aquatics Director. Prior roles include District Aquatics Director at YMCA of South Hampton Roads, where responsibilities encompassed managing multiple YMCA locations, and Senior Program Director at Wilkes Barre YMCA, overseeing the indoor pool's overall operations and the gymnastics department. Additional experience includes Recreation Operations Manager at The Hideout POA, Aquatic Director at Wilkes-Barre Family YMCA, and Youth Recreational Programmer at The Hideout Property Owners Association. Tammy Como obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Education and Health Education from East Stroudsburg University from 1992 to 1998.
