Becca Homb

Rebecca Homb currently serves as the Executive Director of Marketing and the Executive Director of Youth Development at YMCA of Rock River Valley, Inc., where leadership in youth programming has positively impacted 1,300 youth daily across over 25 locations. Homb previously held several positions within the YMCA, including Senior Program Director of Before & After School, Kids' Time Regional Director, and After School Program Specialist. Before joining the YMCA, Rebecca Homb gained experience as a hostess at JMK Nippon Restaurant and as a City Market Intern at Rockford City Market. Homb holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from Northern Illinois University.
