Heidi Erickson

Heidi Erickson is an accomplished professional in the field of recreation and community services, currently serving as a Branch Executive at the YMCA of the Fox Cities since September 2022. Prior roles include Chief Executive Officer at Door County YMCA, Branch Executive at Greater Green Bay YMCA, and Branch Executive Director at Door County YMCA. Heidi also held positions at the Appleton Parks and Recreation Department as a Recreation Programmer and at Greater Green Bay YMCA as Center Executive. Early career experience includes serving as Associate Executive Director at Eau Claire YMCA and Recreation Program Supervisor at Ashwaubenon Parks and Recreation Department. Heidi holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Kinesiology - Movement Science from UW-Eau Claire.
