Sara Tilkens

Sara Tilkens, SHRM-SCP, has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Vice President of Human Resources at YMCA of the Fox Cities since November 2016. In this role, responsibilities encompass performance improvement management, recruitment, salary and benefit administration, training and development, and legal compliance. Prior to this position, Sara held various HR roles at Alta Resources from 2009 to November 2016, including HR Team Leader, where leadership support was provided to over 75 operational leaders, and HR Generalist, managing multi-location recruitment and employee relations. Earlier experience includes HR support at Footlocker.com/Eastbay and roles at Oshkosh Corporation and Air Wisconsin Airlines. Sara holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh.
