Morgan Bello Mir

Morgan Bello MIR, MBA, CHRP, Q.Med has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Currently, Morgan serves as a Professor at Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology. In addition, Morgan is a Board Member and Chair of the Human Resources Committee at Bladder Cancer Canada, as well as an HR Committee Member at the Canadian Paralympic Committee.

Previously, Morgan held leadership positions at YMCA-YWCA of the National Capital Region, including Vice President of People & Culture and Associate VP of People & Culture. Morgan also worked as a Manager of Human Resources at the same organization before taking on these roles.

Morgan's experience also includes being a member of the Council of Labour Relations at The Conference Board of Canada. In the past, Morgan worked as a Human Resources Consultant at the Canadian Transportation Agency and as a Human Resources Manager at Rainbow Foods (Canada).

Prior to that, Morgan worked at the Embassy of Venezuela in Canada as an HR Generalist and Chief of the Economic and Political Office. Morgan also served as the Director of the School of Learning and Development at the Auditor General Office.

Morgan Bello has a comprehensive education history. In 2004, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Administration from Universidad Metropolitana in Venezuela. They went on to earn an Associate's Degree in Post-Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from the same institution in 2007. In 2010, Morgan completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management from Universidad Metropolitana.

In 2012, Morgan pursued an Associate's Degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology. They also obtained a Post-Graduate Certificate in "Canada-Latin America Relations" from the University of Toronto in 2014.
