Ann Mitchell, HRIP, has extensive experience in HRIS roles, currently serving as a Senior HRMS Analyst at the YMCA of the Greater Twin Cities since May 2017, where significant projects included migrating on-premise solutions to the cloud and upgrading Workforce Central. Prior experience includes a consultant role at Salo, focusing on HCM requirements, and a Principal HRIS Analyst position at Prime Therapeutics, where Ann contributed to various system configurations and enhancements.
