The Management Team at YMCA of the North is responsible for overseeing and optimizing various aspects of organizational operations to ensure the Y fulfills its mission of strengthening communities through youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility. The Security Manager ensures a safe environment for members and staff, the Customer Success Manager enhances member experiences and engagement, the Administrative Team Lead coordinates effective administrative support across all branches, and the Wellness Director develops and implements programs that promote overall health and well-being. Together, the team ensures that the YMCA operates efficiently, securely, and in alignment with its core values.
