Andrew Mickens

Andrew Mickens serves as the Owner and Lead Analyst at Dynadata, LLC since April 2023, where responsibilities include developing automated data and analysis structures and educating staff on building their own data systems using the Microsoft Power Platform. Previously, Andrew has held various roles at the YMCA of the Triangle since January 2014, currently as Director of Business Intelligence, overseeing operational data and analytics while designing Business Intelligence solutions to enhance program delivery. Earlier roles include Business Analyst, where Andrew created reporting resources using Power BI, and Youth Director/Program Director, managing staff and budgets for youth programs. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Appalachian State University, earned between 2008 and 2012.
