Dwayne Jordan

Dwayne Jordan possesses extensive experience in both music education and recruitment. Dwayne has served as a Telerecruiter for the American Red Cross Biomedical Services since February 2013, where the focus is on mobilizing volunteers and ensuring reliable blood services through donations. Concurrently, Dwayne has been a Percussion Instructor at the YMCA of Western North Carolina since April 2011, emphasizing tonal balance and diverse musical styles. Previously, Dwayne was a Band Director at Durham Public Schools, teaching various instruments and music history to middle school students, and worked as a Percussionist with JAMLA/IWW Music Group. Dwayne's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Music Business from Winston-Salem State University, where involvement as a Campus Ambassador highlighted a commitment to undergraduate teaching and community engagement.
