Liz Paul

Liz Paul is a dedicated youth mentor currently employed at the YMCA of Western North Carolina, where responsibilities include ensuring children's safety and facilitating engaging activities. Previous experience includes serving as a Mountain Trail Outdoor School Instructor at Kanuga Camps & Conferences, teaching environmental science classes for grades 3-8, and fostering a respectful learning environment. Liz has also guided canopy tours at the Adventure Center of Asheville, instructed high ropes courses at Go Ape USA, and supported visitor services at the Carl Sandburg Home National Historic Site. A graduate of Rhodes College with a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Studies and Urban Studies, Liz has a strong background in coordinating volunteer projects and organizing inclusive campus events, demonstrating a commitment to environmental education and community service.
