Melinda Perry

Melinda Perry is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the General Manager People & Culture at YMCA WA since August 2016, where responsibilities include providing operational HR support and high-level policy advice aligned with the organization's people strategy. Prior to this role, Melinda held the position of Human Resources Business Partner Team Leader at Western Power from May 2012 to August 2016, leading a team to implement HR strategies and offer strategic advice to senior management. Melinda's earlier roles include serving as HR Business Partner and HR Advisor at Aurora Energy Pty Ltd. Melinda holds a Commerce degree with a focus on Human Resources and Business Management from the University of Tasmania, completed in 2010.
