Kristian Hvilen

Kristian Hvilen is a seasoned professional in public affairs with extensive experience in corporate communications and government relations. Currently serving as the Managing Partner at Rud Pedersen Public Affairs Company since January 2016, Kristian leads efforts to assist clients in navigating the political landscape in the Nordic region. Additionally, Kristian holds a board member position at Ymir since April 2022. Previously, Kristian worked as the Corporate and Government Affairs Director for Mondelēz International, overseeing corporate PR and public affairs across Scandinavia, and contributed to various management teams. Other notable roles include Corporate Relations Manager for Diageo in Northern Europe, where achievements included receiving the Northern Lights Award for sustainability projects, and a Key Account Manager at Index Publishing AS. Kristian holds a Bachelor with Honours in International Marketing from NMH and has foundational education in Political Science from the University of Oslo.
