Manish Damani

Manish Damani started their career in 2003 as an Asset Manager at AIMCO Capital Inc. From 2005 to 2011, they worked as a Senior Acquisitions Analyst at Harbor Group International. Manish then joined Associated Estates Realty Corp as a Senior Financial Analyst from 2011 to 2013. In 2013, they became a Regional Analyst at Lennar Corporation. From 2014 to 2020, they held the position of Director of Investment Analysis at Newmark Knight Frank. Currently, they are working as the Vice President of Asset Management at YMP Real Estate Management, LLC, where their responsibilities include developing business plans for assets, managing investor relations, identifying new markets for investments, and ensuring compliance with local and federal laws.

Manish Damani completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Finance and Management Information Systems (MIS) from the American University - Kogod School of Business between 1999 and 2001. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting and Economics from Osmania University, graduating between the years of 1994 and 1997.
