Vitali Toptchenko

Vitali Toptchenko, MBA, has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Vitali currently serves as the Vice President of Operations for the FL Commercial Division at YMP Real Estate Management, LLC. Prior to this, they worked as a Regional Manager and Director of Purchasing at the same company. In these positions, Vitali was responsible for overseeing material acquisition, service contracts, purchasing equipment, and negotiating construction contracts. Vitali successfully implemented and developed a procurement module to track material purchases for thousands of rental units. Before joining YMP, Vitali was a Principal at East Coast Venture Development, where they provided business consulting services to startups. Vitali also worked as a Purchasing Agent for the City of Hallandale Beach, managing procurement processes for various departments, and as a Procurement Specialist for the City of Hollywood, Florida. Vitali's early career included serving as a Logistics Specialist/Inventory Manager in the US Navy, supporting military logistics operations in Europe, Africa, and Southwest Asia.

Vitali Toptchenko, MBA, obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a focus on Entrepreneurship from Nova Southeastern University, where they studied from 2012 to 2015. Vitali further pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Real Estate Development from the same institution from 2017 to 2020. Prior to these accomplishments, Vitali obtained a B.S. degree in Management Studies from the University of Maryland Global Campus, completing their studies from 2008 to 2010.
