Ramin Heydarpour

Ramin Heydarpour has over 30 years of experience in the flexible packaging industry. Ramin began their career in 1988 as a Project Leader at James River Corporation, where they were responsible for the development and scale-up of a variety of new flexible packaging products. In 1992, they moved to EMS Chemie as a Segment Sales Manager, where they grew the business from $2.6MM to over $10MM in less than two years. Ramin then joined Tetra Pak in 1994 as a Technical Manager, where they helped specify and set-up the pilot film equipment lines in Lincolnshire and Tetra Pak's first blown film production lines in Mexico and India. In 1997, they joined Avery Dennison as Global Vice President R&D, where they had global responsibility for technology and innovation (R&D) and functional responsibility for a global team of 100+ people. In this role, they helped create the Division's Technology and Innovation strategy, set-up and launch an end-to-end enterprise wide innovation process, and develop and scale-up a range of new patent protected products. In 2012, they founded and became the Managing Partner of Flex R&D, an Engineering Consulting firm focused on development of new products in the area of Flexible Electronics, Decoration and Identification and Packaging. In 2021, they became Chairman Of The Board Of Directors and Chief Executive Officer of Ynvisible Interactive Inc.

Ramin Heydarpour has attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison and Columbia Engineering, although the degree name and field of study are unknown. No additional certifications have been reported.
