Severine Aknin

Severine Aknin is an accomplished professional in the food industry with extensive experience in product development and food technology. Currently serving as VP Product at Yo-Egg since April 2022, Severine previously held the position of Senior Food Technologist at Gat Foods from October 2005 to January 2022. Severine began a career in research and development as a Flavorist at Frutarom from August 1998 to October 2005. Severine holds a Master of Science in Biochemistry with a specialization in Food Technology from the University of Saint Jerome-Marseille, and a Bachelor of Science in Food Science from the University of Luminy-Marseille.
