Boulevard A. Aladetoyinbo, Esq. has a diverse work experience in the fields of policy, finance, blockchain, and legal advisory. Starting in 2017, they worked as a Partner at Lex Futurus Decentralized Legal Advisory Group. In 2020, they served as a Blockchain Legal Advisor and Strategy Consultant for VPLedger blockchain. They also became a Committee Member for ISO - International Organization for Standardization, participating in various working groups focused on blockchain and distributed ledger technologies. They joined The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC) as a Blockchain/DLT-SF Working Group Member, contributing to the development of a security framework. In the same year, they became a Research Fellow at Kleros, conducting research on leveraging blockchain dispute arbitration in financial markets. Boulevard also joined the International Telecommunication Union as a Working Group Member for the Digital Currency Global Initiative (DCGI), exploring topics related to digital currencies and financial inclusion. In 2021, they became a Member of the Hyperledger Financial Markets Special Interest Group at The Linux Foundation, studying the interaction between distributed ledger technologies and capital markets use cases. They also served as a Blockchain Legal & Strategic Advisor at Elevation Digital Assets, working on the development of a comprehensive financial platform for the digital economy. In 2022, they joined D-Core as a Decentralised Finance (DeFi) Researcher, contributing to reliable and objective reports in the digital asset industry. Currently, Boulevard works as a Non-resident Scholar at Policy 4.0, focusing on the fabric of money and data, particularly digital currencies and blockchain.

Boulevard A. Aladetoyinbo, Esq. began their education journey at the University of Jos, where they pursued an LLB (Hons) B.L. degree in Law. After completing their undergraduate studies, they enrolled at the Nigerian Law School to obtain their Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) and B.L. degree. In 2017, Boulevard further expanded their knowledge by completing a course titled "Digital Finance (DFIN-511) Introduction to Digital Currencies" at the University of Nicosia, focusing on Blockchain/Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT). The following year, they joined the Kauffman Fellows Academy to study "Venture Deals" and gain insights into the field of Venture Capital. In 2019, Boulevard returned to the University of Nicosia to pursue another course related to Blockchain/Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT), specifically "Introduction to Digital Currencies (DFIN-511)."
