Gary Singer

Gary Singer is an IT Project Manager at Yoh, A Day & Zimmermann Company, overseeing the testing workstream for a compliance program in the financial services sector. Previously, Gary worked at Capital One in various Agile leadership roles, including guiding an Agile organization with over 57 teams and 30 Agilists, and implementing strategies to enhance Agile maturity. Earlier in career, Gary managed project governance and risk as Tollgate and Process Manager at ING, approving 438 projects within nine months. Gary holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from Penn State University.
