Sandeep Parekh

Sandeep Parekh began their career in 1993 as a Consultant/Actuarial Analyst at Watson Wyatt Worldwide. In 2004, they were promoted to Consultant - Finance/Administration at the same company. In 2005, they moved to Cisco as a Human Resources Manager, where they provided partnership to enable execution of the strategic objectives of the Global Sales Operations Organization. In 2011, they joined Google as an HR Business Partner and in 2015, they moved to Nest as Lead HR Business Partner for Product, Design & Engineering + Services. In 2019, they moved to Google again as People Partner - Google Health. In 2020, they joined Yohana as Head of People Operations, where they are responsible for creating software, services, and hardware specifically for modern families.

Sandeep Parekh holds an MBA from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business, which they obtained in 2004. Their field of study was Corporate Strategy and Marketing. Sandeep also holds a BSBA from Drake University, which they obtained in 1996. Their field of study was Actuarial Science.
