Louise Laustsen

Louise Laustsen is an experienced professional in process management and organizational development, currently serving as a Process Management Consultant and Supervisor at GoProces since February 2023. With an extensive background that includes ongoing work at YOKE ApS since July 2016 and previous roles as a project leader and consultant at Fucking Flink, Louise has led initiatives in social mobilization and change processes. Academically, Louise has contributed as an external lecturer at Aarhus University, teaching courses on leadership and innovation. As the Managing Director of Louise Laustsen Consult from 2010 to 2012, expertise was developed in facilitating innovation and organizational development processes. Louise holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Systemic Leadership and Organisational Studies from the University of Bedfordshire and a Master of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from Aarhus University.
