Ritesh Kumar

Ritesh Kumar has a significant amount of work experience in the field of software engineering and technical support. Ritesh is currently working as a Team Lead and Technical Support Lead at Yokogawa since April 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Yokogawa Electric Corporation from April 2019 until March 2022, where they held the positions of Product Owner, Technical Support Lead - Product Management, Business Development, and Software Engineer. In their role, they were responsible for engineer tools development, domain learning, presentation and workshop to customers, and supporting the product team in marketing. Ritesh also worked at Yokogawa IA Technologies India Private Limited from July 2013 to April 2019, where they held various positions including Team Lead, Software Engineer & Lead, Senior Software Engineer, and Software Engineer. Their responsibilities in these roles included software development using various technologies such as WPF, WCF, Prism, XML, SQL, OPC UA, and SQL Lite. Ritesh also worked on projects involving memory leak and performance analysis, security analysis, and automation testing investigation. Ritesh Kumar completed their B tech degree in Computer and Information Sciences from Visvesvaraya Technological University from 2009 to 2013. Prior to that, they completed their AISSCE degree in PCM (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics) from Central Board of Secondary Education from 2006 to 2008. Ritesh also completed their AISSE in Science from Central Board of Secondary Education.
