Kimberly Smith

Kimberly Smith, PHRca, is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Yolked Kitchen since April 2024, and concurrently managing HR at PC Solutions and 13 Prime Steak since July 2023. Previously, Kimberly held the position of Vice President of Business Development at Full Steam Staffing from May 2021 to March 2023, where responsibilities included building customer relationships and developing staffing plans, recruitment strategies, and employee engagement programs. Kimberly's extensive background also includes nearly 23 years as a Senior Regional Vice President at Randstad, overseeing a large internal staff and numerous temporary associates while managing HR consulting efforts for clients. Kimberly earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business-Human Resources from California State University, Fresno.
